Sounds and Tones signs Albany folk rockers Darling Valley and releases their newest single, "Widows and Revolutionaries," the second single released off their forthcoming album.

Francesca Shanks, singer/songwriter/ukulele wonder, has written about half of her next album, she says, and has begun recording.
The album, titled “I Am Walking Away” will be her second album with Sounds and Tones.

Sounds and Tones begins taking submissions for their next compilation album, titled Sounds of Summer. It is summer themed, and the interpretation of the theme is left up to the artist.
All genres and styles are welcome, and each submission is considered by the label; however, submission does not guarantee a spot on the compilation.
Deadline for submission is June 15, and the compilation will be available on all major digital distributors including Spotify, Itunes and Tidal.

Sounds and Tones artist Crafter announce that they are heading out on a cross-country tour supporting Castor's Hollow.
The tour kicks off in Crafter’s home-base of Adams, MA on May 31 and continues through the month of June.

The band consists of all North Adams residents, and are all members of the Common Folk Artist Collective, who routinely hold open jams in their gallery hosted by the band.

It is a collection of songs, both original and covers, that reminded the artists of winter. With no particular religion or holiday as a theme, this album more focuses on the various ways people interact and remember winter.
